The product is very easy to use in regards to its mechanical features. My number one requirement is that the rubber on the plunger doesn't stick to its side whether using it with/without a solution because the barrel is made of plastic. When pulling or pushing the plunger, it runs smoothly that you don't have to exert a lot of effort unlike the other brands that I've tried (ie Terumo). I use this for my IM medication, I hate the feeling of anxiety whenever I have to deal with needles and let alone just trying to administer my medication slowly because it is oil based so it is really a big difference when I am confident that the plunger won't get stuck in the middle of my injection. Very Good product! I will never change brands again. Strongly recommended for people who injects their medication. Just a reminder, this is only the syringe, you have to purchase the needles separately.
