What are the measurments of the pads?

The pad is 1-7/8inch long by 1-1/8 inch wide. It is not thin (about 1/8 inch thick) and holds more than sufficient alcohol to wipe down several needles and insulin bottle heads with no problem

How big are the wipes? Do they fold up at all, if so how many times?

About 1''x1'' (~ size of a thumb print). Theoretically one can fold them but I can't imagine why. They are quite thick and are great for applying on a zit or small scratch
