I got these because I take a monthly B12 shot for B12 anemia. I have a hereditary immunoglobulin A deficiency that causes this. The pharmacy won't provide a syringe to administer the shot, so I thought this would be a better alternative to having to make a doctor's appointment to have a nurse administer the shot every month. They work pretty good. The gauge is bigger than I need, and it hurts a bit, but it gets the job done.

Simple choice, now that I receaved my first order.
I require hormone therapy that requires a syringe with two needle sizes.
One to draw the thick oil based medication, the smaller to inject.
I am Retired Active Duty Army with over 20 years of service to my country with a 100% P&T service connected disabled.
I have free Rx with the Nashville VA hospital.
I have Express Scripts, which requires a co-pay of $12 for for each mantainance supply. That amounts to $24 for a needle/syringe combo and the 23G X 1” needle. I can only get 6 at a time.
So I went to the VA and they sent 20 each; Syringe, 18G X 1” , 20G X 1”
OMG a 20G to inject? I called the VA, and yes, they want me to use a 20G into my leg. Their way of saying "Thank you for your service".
I was sceptical about online ordering. Are the products Fresh?
In fact, not only were they in date but further out than the VA.
My VA items were 2016 – 2017. Still safe and acceptable but I'm not putting a 20 gauge needle I'm my leg.

I paid $9.75 plus shipping for 100 BD Needle 23 Gauge 1 inch 100/box (305145). (Less than Amazon by the way)
With shipping it was less than $2.00 more than my $12.00 copay of 6.
