GelStep® heel pads are made from 100% medical-grade silicone. Specifically designed to ease heel pain, absorb shock. 'Blue Zone' Comfort spots feature softer Silicone for extra protection under sensitive areas. This dual-durometer design provides maximum comfort and cushioning.

DIRECTIONS
Place pad flat side down, snugly against the heel of the shoe.

Hand wash. Air dry completely.
